I always find a time to read some of the featured news in Yahoo! - until I read a couple of biased articles comparing Nintendo over Sony. The articles were very subjective IMHO.

I was on my first year of high school when I was introduced to the world of RPG (role-playing game), though I already started gaming as early as seven as far as I could remember. I played NES games that time and pawnage was still excusable. The first RPG I ever played was Final Fantasy VIII. Because of Squall Lionheart’s undeniably impeccable charm, I was then hooked. I finished Wild Arms II first, followed by FF IX. I also played other genres in between. Aside from the sleek graphics and lovable characters I also enjoyed naming the characters. The heroine being baptized with no other than my own name, the hero with my crushes’ names XD, and some other party members with my friends’ names. That way the game would seem personalized.

RP Games don’t always bring us lack-of-sleep-induced-pimples and eyebags , bad influence because of violent fight scenes (which I don’t find true), and failing grades (partly true) like most of the adults incessantly inculcate in our carefree minds.
The value of comradeship: healing every wounded party member and reviving anyone who has fallen unconscious. The value of frugality: saving every bottle of Elixirs and Ethers for the last boss, to the point of restarting your console everytime you accidentaly use one. And many other values that I failed to enumerate because I’m starving. o__o;;
